creditcard.\n\nLukt het niet om je creditcard toe te voegen?\nWanneer je een nieuwe creditcard toevoegt aan je klantenaccount, voert ons systeem een veiligheidscontrole uit op de betaalmethode. Als deze controle mislukt, wordt je creditcard geweigerd door ons systeem. Neem in dat geval contact op met de medewerkers van je creditcardinstelling.\n\nKan ik geen voertuig reserveren?\nVoordat je aan je huur begint, reserveren we het verwachte huurbedrag plus een aanbetaling op je creditcard. Dit verzoek wordt voor elke reservering gedaan. Het aanbetalingsbedrag is minimaal €30 en is gebaseerd op de verwachte huurprijs. Als de verwachte huurprijs niet bekend is bij aanvang van de huur (bijvoorbeeld als je het tarief per minuut hebt gekozen), is de aanbetaling minimaal €30. Als je een pakket boekt, is het borgbedrag de huidige prijs van het gekozen pakket die wordt weergegeven in de app wanneer je boekt, plus een bufferbedrag als borg voor het geval je het voertuig langer gebruikt dan verwacht of extra diensten toevoegt tijdens de huur. Je kunt alleen een voertuig huren als het bedrag is bevestigd. Momenteel kan de borg niet worden geblokkeerd op uw creditcard. Neem in het geval van een geweigerde transactie of reserveringsaanvraag contact op met de medewerkers van uw creditcardinstelling.\n\n3.2 De borgbedragen worden niet vrijgegeven\nWij geven de gereserveerde bedragen automatisch vrij nadat de huurbetaling is voldaan. De uiteindelijke vrijgave is afhankelijk van de bank die de creditcard uitgeeft en kan enkele dagen duren. Helaas hebben we hier geen controle over."}}
