SIXT-app is het servicegebied voor elk product gemarkeerd met een rode grenslijn. Deze wordt weergegeven wanneer je op een SIXT-deelauto klikt. Het beëindigen van de huur is niet mogelijk buiten deze markering. Je kunt de kaart met het servicegebied ook vinden op de betreffende stadspagina op deze website. Houd er rekening mee dat het servicegebied voor de verschillende producten kan variëren en kan worden weergegeven door op het betreffende product te klikken.\n\n Waar kan ik mijn accountgegevens vinden?\nOm toegang te krijgen tot informatie over uw klantenaccount, klikt u op het persoonspictogram rechtsboven. Daar vind je alle belangrijke functies, zoals je betaalmethode, vouchers en persoonlijke informatie. We leggen uit hoe je deze informatie kunt wijzigen in het gedeelte “Mijn account”.\n\n Wat is een boekingsprofiel en hoe kan ik ertussen wisselen?\nJe boekingsprofiel bevat informatie over je betaalmethode, factuuradres en e-mailadres. Hiermee kun je bepalen waar je een factuur voor je reis wilt ontvangen en welke betaalmethode je wilt gebruiken. Als je meerdere profielen hebt, kun je ze vinden in het onderste gedeelte van de kaartweergave (boven de filterfunctie) in onze app. Klik gewoon op het Boekingsprofiel en selecteer het gewenste profiel uit de lijst.\n\n Kan ik filteren op specifieke automodellen?\nJa, je kunt filteren op aanbieder, voertuigtype, fabrikant en meer in de filterfunctie. In deze instructievideo laten we zien hoe je dat doet. (Link naar YouTube-video, korte uitlegvideo moet worden gemaakt)\n\n Wat is de Autoradar en hoe werkt het?\nMet behulp van de Autoradar zoeken we een geschikt voertuig voor je. Afhankelijk van je filterinstellingen kun je tot 10 dagen van tevoren beginnen met het zoeken naar een voertuig.\n\nZo werkt het:\n'- Gebruik de functie “Autoradar” via de 3 puntjes in de rechterbovenhoek van ons tabblad Delen\n'- Nu kun je de gewenste locatie op de kaart en de datum en tijd in het onderste gedeelte instellen voor de dag waarop je het voertuig nodig hebt.\n'- Klik vervolgens op “Radar opslaan”.\n'- De Autoradar is vanaf de geselecteerde starttijd 1 uur actief en zoekt naar een geschikt voertuig binnen een straal van 500m van het opgegeven adres.\n'- Zodra we een voertuig vinden, wordt het automatisch 15 minuten gratis gereserveerd en brengen we je op de hoogte via een pushbericht (vereiste: meldingen zijn actief).\n'- Als het voertuig voor jou is gereserveerd, kun je de huur aanpassen aan jouw wensen via de knop “Huur configureren”. Het geblokkeerde beveiligingsbedrag van €30 wordt aangepast en opnieuw geautoriseerd indien nodig, afhankelijk van het geselecteerde tarief.\n\nLet op: de Autoradar is alleen beschikbaar voor voertuigen met SIXT-aandelen. Deze functie is niet beschikbaar voor onze partners, zoals MILES.\n\nAls meerdere mensen op dezelfde tijd en plaats gaan zoeken met de Autoradar, geldt het principe “wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt”."}}
