Wat gebeurt er als ik geflitst word, of een parkeerboete krijg?

Jij bent, in overeenstemming met onze algemene voorwaarden, volledig aansprakelijk voor alle kosten en boetes die verband houden met verkeers- en administratieve overtredingen, zoals boetes en bekeuringen. Wij geven jouw contactgegevens door aan de informerende autoriteiten. Betaal boetes rechtsreeks aan de autoriteiten als zij contact met je opnemen. Er worden door SIXT geen betalingen verricht.

Brengt SIXT iets in rekening voor de verwerking van bekeuringen?

SIXT berekent in overeenstemming met de algemene voorwaarden een bedrag voor het verwerken van verkeersovertredingen. Je ontvangt tegelijkertijd met onze brief een kopie van de desbetreffende autoriteit.

\n

Let op: het bedrag is exclusief de daadwerkelijke bekeuring. Betaal de boete rechtstreeks aan de autoriteit die contact met jou heeft opgenomen. Er worden door SIXT geen betalingen verricht.

Ikzelf heb geen overtreding begaan, maar een geregistreerde medebestuurder wel. Moet ik nu betalen?

Je dient de autoriteiten te informeren als de naam van de bestuurder verschilt van die van de abonnementhouder van SIXT+. Een bedrag wordt automatisch in rekening gebracht bij de houder van het SIXT+ abonnement en moet aan SIXT betaald worden. Het doet er niet toe wie dit bedrag betaalt. Er wordt geen afzonderlijke brief naar de daadwerkelijke overtreder gestuurd.
