Wat is de e-mail met het inleveringsbewijs?

Kort na de inspectie van het voertuig ontvangt u een inleveringsbewijs per e-mail. Dit bevestigt de teruggave van het voertuig en geeft een overzicht van de geschatte definitieve kosten.

Waarom bevat de e-mail met het inleveringsbewijs geschatte bedragen?

\n

Nadat u het voertuig hebt teruggebracht, voeren wij een eindinspectie uit om te bepalen of er extra kosten voor diensten zijn gemaakt die niet in de oorspronkelijke huurprijs waren inbegrepen. Dergelijke kosten kunnen bijvoorbeeld ontstaan door tanken of speciale reiniging.

De eindfactuur kan daarom enigszins afwijken en wordt u toegestuurd zodra alle berekeningen zijn voltooid  - meestal binnen een paar dagen na afloop van uw huurperiode.
